E-Office Services

PNP's E-Office allows clients to quickly and conveniently peform most staffing functions online.  When a job order is opened, clients are assigned login information and directions for using the E-Office.  This service is completely customizable according to client preference.  Some functions include:

  

  • Submit and monitor the status of new work orders
  • View active work orders
  • Monitor hours for each temp and generate performance reports and evaluations
  • Designated specific applicants as "preferred"
  • Update your agency's information, icluding contact and billing specifics
  • View invoice and billing history, and pay invoices online
